Best 3 Custom Socks Tips
- The Type of Custom Socks Fabrication
Would you like your socks to have your brand logo on them? What about your brand mascot? Would you like custom socks themed after a festival?
Fabrication determines how the design will be created on your customized socks. Depending on your design, we can recommend the right fabrication option for you. Socks can be made using three different fabrication methods:
Sock Knit Fabrication In this method, the sock is knitted with yarns using a knitting machine. The resulting socks are thicker and more durable than other types of socks. Sock Stitch Fabrication In this method, the sock is knitted with a needle that creates a loop. These loops are sewn together to create a fabric that is similar to the look of woven material. Sock stitch fabrications tend to be thinner than other types of socks. Sock Embroidery Fabrication This method involves threading the sock onto a sewing machine and stitching the sock together. You can choose to have your custom socks designed and fabricated for you or design and order your own custom socks.
- Socks With 180-Degree Dye Sublimation
Using dye-sublimation, heat transfer is used to create a deep print of your design on the sock’s fabric. The process allows you to create socks with rich details in your design and long-lasting images in vibrant colors.
Socks made of synthetic fibers, such as polyester, work best with dye-sublimation.The design can be printed on either the front or back of the socks using 180-degree dye sublimation. There will be a stagger in the design on the sides, so you will be able to see the seam on the sides.
This is especially helpful if you want to design a symmetrical pattern. If you would like your design on the front of the sock, place it in the printer’s tray and then print. If you would like it on the back, place the sock with the print side facing up on the printer. Make sure that the sock is completely flat, with no folds or wrinkles.
- Socks With 360-Degree Printing
The dye-sublimation process has been upgraded with 360-degree Printing. Using it, you can design socks with graphics covered almost seamlessly.
This allows greater color permeability, and even when the socks are stretched, the image looks great. There are no ‘white gaps’ in the socks when you use this method.
A 360-degree printed sock offers a lot of color and pattern options – you can choose any color, design, or pattern! Photographs can also be printed on socks with this technology.
